GermanPod101 --- everything 101

Finally someone is making something with constant material for the German language. German Pod 101! OK, so recently, the makers of Japanese Pod 101 have been making Korean Class 101, a newly released Spanish Pod 1o1, a newly released Italian Pod 101, English Pod 101 and Survival Phrases. It's really great to see them making a range of languages. And I think they may be starting a French Pod 101.

I will say however that it is also good to learn from other resources along side these podcasts. Yay! Viel Glück und Auf Wiedersehen!

I think it's awesome that you're doing this. When I was 14 I wanted to learn Japanese and a bunch of other languages but my parents, being very traditional Puerto Ricans wanted me to focus on English. Recently I've taken up chinese (and by recently I mean haltingly over the past 3 years). I have to learn some Korean soon though because I'm heading off to Korea for the summer to work as a lawyer (I'm a 1st year law student). Any tips?

Well, I would say that you should go to Korean Class 101 for good Korean lessons. And Survival Phrases (one of KC101's sister sites) has a Korean Survival Phrases series which is helpful for those wanting travel phrases before leaving for overseas.

And have fun! Don't overwhelm yourself while learning. Just have a good time and enjoy the lessons! :D

Alright man thanks, I'll check those out. Good luck with all of your languages. (I know that skill at languages will sell itself very well later on for you). I've gotten huge dividends just from Spanish and English.
